Government Scheme

Sanjeevani Medical Foundation has tie-ups with various private insurance companies and has been providing cashless hospitalization to the patients. Recently Sanjeevani Medical Foundation was impaneled by the Government of Maharashtra for the “Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana” Scheme under which all poor patients are provided free of cost treatment in various areas like consultation, surgery, etc.

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY)

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MJPJAY) previously known as Rajiv Gandhi Jan Arogya Yojana is an initiative of the Government of Maharashtra. Sanjeevani Hospital is one of the leading MJPJAY impaneled hospitals in Lonavala. Therefore this scheme does not cover Above Poverty Line families which holds white ration cards. Data from a valid card coupled with an Aadhar card is used to issue ‘Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana Health Card’ to the beneficiary family which bears names, ages, and photos of family members. Until this health card is issued, a valid ration card and Aadhar card (or driving license, voter’s ID card issued by the Election Commission of India) can be used to gain access to free medical care under this scheme
